A patient needs a lab order from a healthcare provider and a smartphone or computer to schedule with Scarlet. A healthcare provider can either order Scarlet themselves or provide the lab order to the patient to upload it at ScarletHealth.com. Once uploaded, Scarlet will reach out directly to the patient via text or email to schedule an appointment.
After scheduling, a Scarlet Health Professional will contact the patient to share details about the visit, including specific lab specimen collection instructions. On the day of the appointment, patients can even track the arrival of their Scarlet Health Professional through a digital map.
